Riddle Me This
Who am I?
You dread my existence,
Think I am a waste of time,
But once I arrive
I am gone in an instant.
Some think I’m not near,
Yet others think I’m not far,
Depending on how you deal with me,
I may leave a scar.
I come in different forms, depending on the person,
But no matter what, I am important.
Some fear me and cower, while others approach me with valor,
No matter what, you must face me for a few hours.
I take over your mind, controlling every little thought,
And weigh stress over your shoulders like a rock.
But in the end, it’s all the same,
You’ll move on, and I’ll come back again.
