SUJAC Update
Hello Abbotters!
GREAT NEWS! After SUJAC’s persistent efforts in the recent years, it is now mandatory for teachers to post grades on LÉA.
Week 5 of school is already in the books, and your SUJAC Execs and Congress members are hard at work to organize events for our fellow students. Congrats to the new Congress Chairperson Thomas Gauvin and Secretary Harrison Kirshner. Make sure to vote for the next SUJAC VP External on Omnivox at the end of the month!
First up on the agenda is our annual SUJAC-Club Day that will be taking place on Wednesday, September 28th, from 10 am-3 pm in the Agora. Pass by to check out all of the student-run clubs that JAC has to offer and find out more about your Student Union.
Also, Wednesday, October 5th, SUJAC is bringing back “Suit-up Day”. This year there will be photographers in the Agora from 10 am-1 pm to take professional pictures. Ladies and Gents, put on your fanciest business attire and get ready to spice up your LinkedIn profiles!
Oh, and are you proficient in Chinese/German/Italian/Spanish? The new Foreign Language Tutoring Program that is being organized by SUJAC is looking for tutors. Contact our VP Academic Olivia-Jeri Pizzuco-Ennis by MIO for details.\
Finally, you can submit Snapchat Geofilters to our VP Communications, Michel Burgy. A prize will be given to the chosen filters. MIO Michel for details.
We hope that you’re as excited as we are for these upcoming events. Believe us, there is more to come! Until next time,
Your SUJAC Executives
