Casey Dobson

We are sorry to announce the passing of Casey Dobson, the Assistant Editor-in-Chief. She took a family trip to Disney World in Florida. So, excitedly, she packed her stuff, and off they went on their great adventure. Once they got there, Casey wandered around, bemused by the magical land she had entered. Before she knew it, she had wandered into the Hundred Acre Wood. Having been too long since she last went to the gym, she decided to take a break from exploring. She climbed up a tree, and she began tree-jumping to work out. In her enthusiasm, she jumped to a tree that was a little too far, and fell on her head. She laid motionless on the floor, apparently dead.

However, after a while, she sat up with no injury aside from her seventh concussion. To make her feel better, she pulled out an iced coffee and drank it all in one gulp. The caffeine soon took over and she bolted off in search of more adventure. She ran for a while before stopping when she heard a rustle in the bushes. The tension mounted as she prepared herself to face a terrible foe, but out of the bushes moped Eeyore! Casey couldn’t believe her eyes. She smiled so brightly that her inner sunshine shone through. So intense was the power of the sunshine, that she immediately combusted and turned into a star. Authorities only found scorched earth, an ice coffee, and Eeyore with a combusted tail at the scene. They have taken the donkey in for interrogation.

Despite this tragedy, Casey will always remain in the hearts of those who knew her. She will always be remembered for her positivity, dedication, athletics, and heart. She will be sorely missed.
