Dusty Old Roads

Lost papers of years, neglected roads of the countryside, unliked by time’s mistress. An oddity that the remainder of this country has been half covered by dust and blood and half covered by religious zealots of the older days.
What has this land come to, to allow autocrats, warmongers, nationalists, supremacists, racists, separatists, extremists both left and right to hold control over a government. What are Americans but the slaves of their own history, falling for false promises, underestimated fools, irritating conversations of who’s better and the rather uneasy role of voting for such men and women. My god! I understand if you were going through the worst pain imaginable but you are still a first world country with first world problems, a first world economy and a first world military. Do you want peace in your nation? Do you want stability in its economy? Do you want a better life? Stop seeking war and land. Stop trying to find new ways to destroy your so-called “enemies” and try to find amicable ways to endure together instead of causing further issues due to economic-socio differences. God, I get it. They’re communists, how bad and mischievous that they give a shit about their people right? How dare they not allow their citizens to own houses and give them low wages! How atrocious! How disgusting! I’m an American and I’d rather my people starve and owe their lives to corporations and banks but at least we get paid slightly higher and own our houses made of debts and mistakes. Oh, the horror, it’s definitely not like they’re the same premise and that both have their own problems.
My god, what is affiliation to a cause when you have no reason to support it, especially as it destroys you. There is no loyalty just the same as there is no human behind that mask of yours. Fucking wake up man, you’re being guided like a lamb to nationalistic slaughter house. Born and bred to fight for your nation’s glory. Yes sir, I will shoot that armed man. Yes sir, I will bomb that hospital suspected of harbouring terrorists. Yes sir, I will shoot that unarmed man, he looks suspicious. Yes sir, I will assure that man is beaten in jail. Yes sir, I will shoot that child, potential terrorist threats must be eliminated. Yes sir, that family of four cannot live, they live under terrorist influence. Do you hear this hatred, this misunderstanding of centuries and misinterpretations, unlawful consensus and deportation.
This world is slowly deteriorating, rotting, disintegrating and no one in the United States is doing anything. Yes sure protest, that doesn’t stop a rifle from shooting and neither do the rights that apparently protect you, in a system built off of democracy and freedom who would have thought that oppression and corruption would be so overwhelmingly present? All of these senators, mayors, city reps, judges, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. Are all made to screw you, the people who matter in society, so when it comes to the lengthy decision of voting, I recommend you do nothing if you think that no change will be made, because governments waste your time just as your phone or tv waste your time. Play into the charade if you want to watch a game show of fools playing whose dick is bigger. Tell me, how is politics actually helping society when all it does is separate people, why doesn’t everyone just shut the fuck up and get along? So what if they’re different? So what if they can’t agree with you? Last time I checked human beings are prone to dislike each other at times, last time I checked mistakes are considered acceptable when you learn from them! God! Isn’t anyone going to try and actually get along with each other instead of stressing and trying to remove the problems because people aren’t problems, they’re lessons, lessons for you and them to be better, keep helping them, keep feeding them and they will do the same. Stop making issues and creating problems based on simple misunderstandings and enjoy everyone’s company, humanity is fun but you just have to work to see their beauty and joy. Give them time and they’ll give you time. Stop running away, I know they effect you, I know you feel like they fucked you over but give them a chance instead of ostracizing them because they won’t become better, they’ll just destroy themselves and blame themselves and you might think that will make them change but all it will do is give them a reason to repeat the same mistakes. Don’t fear them, don’t hate them and don’t leave them, unless you know that they meant to hurt you, unless you know that they don’t care about trying to be better, unless you know they hate you. Don’t leave, stay. Make them better, it just takes time and mistakes but one day they’ll figure it out and when that day comes, they’ll thank you and return the kindness you gave them.
So clearly you see, no one is truly different, everyone’s just at different stages. They just gotta meet the right people for them to change and continue with life. Everyone’s got a phase and phases pass. Be patient, I know it really sucks. I fucking hate waiting but human’s are prone to adapting to environments and situations so give it time. So you wanna live life fully, be kind to everyone and don’t try and change them forcefully, let them make their own decision and don’t judge because you aren’t different, you’re just at a different stage. Love humanity and be free.
